A big thank you to the assistant who helped me choose a pair of frames. I am the nightmare indecisive customer & didn't actually expect to come away with frames on my first attempt. She was professional, informative & super helpful & fully deserves a bonus for dealing with me! The optician was professional & nice to. One slight gripe, the mirrors to look in are not designed for anyone who is 5 ft 8 or above but the super service made up for that! I will stick with Boots for future specs!

Excellent service, I made an enquiry about hearing test and was given one following my eye test. Nicola who carried out the hearing test was so informative allowing me the opportunity to look at the inside of my ear and explaining what she could see. It was obvious she was very passionate about her job and giving full customer satisfaction. 10 out of 10.

I was in on a contact lens check and had forgotten to bring me glasses, the staff provided me with a trial pair of daily contact lenses, great service.
